It’s FLEX FRIDAY!
So to start my day off, I did an amazing Turbofire HIIT workout. My kids loved the change up, since I usually work out at night when they fall asleep.

I truly have no clue how to flex like the fitness models do.
For breakfast I was craving an omelette.
How do your meal plates look like? 1/2 veggies, 1/4 carbs, and 1/4 protein?
