Christmas Skinny Jeans Diet : Lose 10 Pounds Before You Open Presents!

I’ve come up with the perfect meal plan to lose weight for Christmas. It is basically a detox diet using Herbalife formula 1-2-3, but it you can substitute them with what you have. I love Herbalife products because of the excellent nutrients it provides. I know that whether I am trying to lose weight or just maintain it, my body is nourished.
Losing weight isn’t not easy, but Herbalife products make it easier for me. There is hardly any food prep in my plan, so it it’s realistic and “doable!” Again, you don’t have to use Herbalife to make a shake to follow my meal plan. You will just need to try and meet your requirement with other sources of protein.
I invite you to join me on a jump start diet before Christmas.
We have two weeks! I’ve come up with a meal plan, plus blogilates for exercise.
The meal plan is simple. Choose one item from each category. Stay away from soda and high fat foods. Chose high protein food and worry more about making your protein goal rather than going over your calories. Log on myfitnesspal to help add your nutrients up. Be sure to get your personalized amount of calories and protein! If you aren’t sure what you are supposed to be eating, email me so I can help you figure out your numbers.
