Thanksgiving Leftovers- Turkey Salad Sandwiches
When I make chicken salad, it tastes completely different each time. Probably because I use different chicken, seasonings nuts, and even mayo.
Turkey is versatile, too. Add what you think it needs; cran-raspberry sauce, bacon, pomegranates, dill weed, green leaf lettuce, etc… but do not leave out the Mrs. Dash Original Seasoning. It makes the dressing fabulous for the turkey!

2 cups turkey meat, cubed(I use white meat/ less fat)
1 1/2 cups red grapes, halved
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup mayo (I love EVOO reduced)
1/2 cup walnuts, roughly chopped (I like big crunch!!)
1/2 teaspoon Mrs Dash Original Seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Mix it all together in a bowl. There isn’t a special order to combine everything. Let the flavors marinade & combine in the fridge for a couple hours; if you can’t wait that long dig in! Serve with homemade wheat bread or on some crackers.
